Name Badges
All the attendees are asked to wear their badges during the meeting in the entrance of the meeting venue, scientific sessions, lunches, exhibition area and other social programs for security purposes.
Exhibition Area
The exhibition area will be open from 08:30 to 18:00 every day during the meeting.
Invitation Letter
Upon request, an invitation letter will be provided to participants requiring official permission from their institutions to attend.
Registration and Information Services
The registration and information desks will be located at the reception of the congress venue and will be operating between 07.30 and 22.00 hours. Participants who have not previously registered will be able to complete their registration formalities at "On-Site Registration Desks". Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants.
